I don’t believe in holding your memories hostage or unnecessary decision-making (you have enough decisions to make already). If it’s a good photo, it’s getting edited. You’ll get every moment that’s worth keeping — 800+ photos, minimum. All you have to decide is the length of coverage.Storytelling Strategy Session.

On Social Media, I photograph strangers in Iowa City because it reminds me of what it means to be human.
What started as a simple idea — walking up to someone unfamiliar, listening, and taking their photo — has shaped everything about how I see people and tell stories. It taught me how to make people feel comfortable and how to capture moments that feel alive.
